Pre-Development Loans

NOAH’s Pre-Development Loan Products provide funds for the acquisition of land and pre-development costs associated with development of affordable and transit-oriented housing.

Project Types

• Improved or unimproved land to be developed for affordable housing.
• Costs and expenses associated with the development of affordable housing.
• Land that is transit-oriented or in close proximity to social and/or commercial services that is being acquired for construction of affordable housing.
