The Network for Oregon Affordable Housing (NOAH) is a statewide non-profit corporation that provides financing and technical assistance for affordable housing development.

The people of NOAH recognize that developing affordable housing is complicated. It requires dedication and teamwork to deliver a well-designed, well-built, high performing property that will serve its low-income residents over time.
